New guy questions

There is still PLENTY of open housing spots for everything up to a large tower. Keep and fort/castle plots are all taken. The only way to get one of those now is buy an already placed one or get lucky after one goes idoc and falls.

What you are missing is that there are not 800 players here with 15 houses each.

Also, the upkeep for 15 houses is crazy. All the refresh timers and rune management and decorating.

Also, not everyone needs more than a few houses. I am sure there are people here who only have or use 3 houses.

Also, I think you are underestimating the room that is available in the world for small house placements.

Noe quest, just money and space. Both are available.

BUT, again, the largest houses cannot be placed anymore, they were the most sought after, so their spaces were taken up the fastest. Small houses and small towers and small workshops = tons of room!

Yep! Just get the money (45k or so for a small house), and take the deed to where you wanna place. The deeds are blessed, so dont worry about losing them.

Eh, I guess it's just a pain to keep them refreshed? I think I'm down to 5 properties now. Would love to go to 3 someday.

And yea, it's just the deed. No house placement tools here.
