"What means typo ?" It means you made an honest mistake in typing out your advertisement here. Its the kind of thing you fix immediately so as not to mislead the potential buyers. But you did not make a typo.

You offered an item for sale at a specific price, then jacked up that price when people said they would buy it.

If you don't honor the prices you advertise, you will have a hard time selling here on the forums. No one wants to see an item offered at one price and then when they go to buy it, the seller has raised the price. Its just wrong.

I think Nevermind here had an initial price of 70 gp in head, since that's the market value, and typed that in.

However due to the amount of bolts, he either checked an auction price (auctions are not guaranteed end prices for items) or asked in IRC how much it can go up to (I remember someone else was asking this in IRC). When he saw 100 due to the demand, he changed his price.

I can't say it's fair on unfair of him to do so.

However, our community here consists of very honest people (an example from yesterday: I priced a tmap for 2k to buy from a seller, and after doing some research, he sold them to me 1.5k per because that was the market value in his investigation), therefore any price changes can look dirty.

If you're going to auction, auction it, but changing prices during selling is not ethic, although you have every right to.
