If you buy a previously bonded nightmare the mare will bond to you after 24 hours without you doing anything more than feeding it regular ribs and stabling it for safety. Buying a prebonded animal saves you the trouble of finding 40k each peculiar meat, but the price of the prebonded animal usually reflects the peculiar meat the original owner already used. Your 100k offer is pretty spot on. Good luck.

Not bonded currently, but I will feed her the regular meat to bond just to show she's had her peculiar meat next time I log in. Only for a good home!
