WTB Ogre Thrashing slayer instruments

No, to a creature with a barding difficulty of 100, a GM provoker/musician would have a 50% chance of provoking it against another creature with a 100 barding difficulty. Over 100 does not mean impossible to provoke.

Anyway, I still want some of those ogre slayers, had a ogre mage appear tonight I need to kill. I'm in the trade IRC channel right now, so I might find some before I next talk to any of you who have them, but contact me via PM or IRC

Kane generously gave me 22 ogre slayers for nothing TY! I may want more in the future, guess I should start another thread in that case.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong then but I hardly NEVER fail with gm tampourine and trust me thats what I do all day long.

With two ogre lords provoked together their barding difficulty is 96, so you have a little over a 50% if using a non-gm, non-slayer weapon, if you are a GM provoker (and musician)

Also, ogre lords have been dropping silver harps and a silver standing harp. I wonder if these are the undead slayer instruments, just they must be identified before they'll say so.

You don't need to ID instruments. Silver is the undead slayer.

Opposites drop slayers. I.e. undead drop humanoid slayers, reptiles drop arachnid slayers, elementals drop abyss slayers and vice versa
