    Selling large tower plus small tower combo east of ice dungeon. The two towers are bridged together and the smaller tower allows for fishing in the ocean off the roof. There are also three wandering healer NPC spawns within 2-3 screens (west/north/south).
    Starting Bid: 592k (Tower Deed + Small Tower Deed + 70k)
    Bid Increases: 10k
    Auction ends 48 hours after single bidder and 24 hours after last bid of multiple bids.
