    ...and I'm so proud of myself. All those fire breathing, magic casting, pure black little pixels are all mine to ride about. Proud enough to post a whole thread in honor of the moment.

    There is no substitute for this feeling. i wish i could relive this moment myself.

    sure once you've gm'd taming you can buy a mare, but there simply is no equal to finding one in the wild, calling its name and calming it's flared temper.

    Fair Jupiter you are too kind! This beast had a truly ferocious temperament. We had met in a previous life and it had trampled the life force out of my fleshy form. Upon my resurrection, which I credit in no small part to my indomitable will to master this creature, I returned and made my claim to the beast. It was truly a moment of bliss.
