Even after the holiday this house would be a nice one for farming bones (for tailoring or selling) and trying to get the Revanant (boss skeleton) to spawn.

I had the log cabin out front last year and can attest to this location being a sweet spot. Easy way to get trophies and holiday coins, especially if you can set up some turrets to mow down the undead.
