There was a bug many moons ago wherein a handful of items got re-hued to 'firesteed' hue, as can be seen in the pic.
Owned by 2 people that I'm aware of. Myself and Up... Plus it will be one of the only NEON items on this shard ever. These will definitely be worth far more than I'm asking in the future.
I'm seeing this on my phone, so the pix quality isn't top notch. I assume this item is different from the normal firebomb that can be made from a liquor bottle and oil cloth?

The only difference between the neon-hued fire-bombs like the one shown in the original post image & those which are created currently on the live server (by using an oil cloth directly on a bottle of liquor) is the hue which is assigned to the bottle upon creation was changed some patches ago to a less-painful shade of orange & is no longer what most would consider "neon".
Not so much a bag, just a craft-able item that broke our no neon hues rule. The hue was changed as Ezekiel indicated to a less offensive orange. The existing items were left as is. (To make one simply use an oil cloth on any bottle of alcohol)
It's similar to a purp in that it counts down, but instead of exploding it sets the tile it lands on ablaze for, like, 30 sec or something. It's like a single tile fire field, or a UO molotov cocktail. Doesn't do much damage. It's mostly a novelty.
