My apologies if this has been answered already but I didn't find this in an FAQ or by searching the forums. What is the UO:R decay rate of items on the ground in a public area? I am looking to transfer a couple of items between characters on the same account and do not have a house yet. Aside from the risk that another player might pick the items up off the ground before I could switch characters, do items such as armor/weapons or even a back check have an immediate decay rate or will there be enough time to make the switch? I don't know decay rate but you can have more then one account going at once. I do this even with my slow internet to transfer things to other accounts

1 hour + the time until the next world save. That means if you wanted maximum time, you would drop the items on the ground proceeding a world save. I do that when mining and stuff so it gives me 1 hour 30 minutes before it all decays.
