SOLD Brick House (North Vesper / Bank)

Hi Everyone,

It's time for me to move on from my home in Vesper. This was my first 'real' house on UOR and I still love it, but it has seen limited use lately. This is a great spot from which to explore the northern peninsulas, with lots of interesting neighbours including Hardman's vendor, H*O town, Stormhold South, etc. Vesper bank is a 30 second run and the provisioner and guard zone is 2 or 3 screens away.

I purchased this house shortly after starting here, with help from @wylwrk. Therefore, I will be offering it to new players for the same deal (my break-even price). It is my hope that the new owner continues this tradition when the house is no longer needed, but time will tell. However, bidding will be open to all players due to what I see as a lack of interest in medium sized houses lately.

The starting bid is 350k.
The new-player buyout is 350k.
Bid increments reasonable - 25k minimum.

The timer on this is 48 hours from last bid. It does not come furnished and will be empty at time of ownership transfer.

At any time during the auction I reserve the right to end it due to new-player buyout. A new player is less than 60 days old (in game and forum account) but of course I will be flexible and it would be good if you could PM me before bidding. If you are a member of or a recent graduate of the @ReZon new player housing scheme, even better.

I believe this is the largest house that can be placed here.

Thanks! My deco was completely stolen from / is a poor mans version of 'Headwater Lodge' from one of the old housing contests. No deco included.

@David Scraggs - Sorry man, I did a quick perusal through your history and see you have been outbid on a number of properties. What do you go by on IRC? Maybe I can help you find and buy something. I'll shoot you a message!

Unless this is poor form, I am always happy to offer flexible payment options or you can pay me back in increments over a couple of weeks. I wouldn't want this to inflate the sale if it encourages people to bid beyond their means (and thus being unfair to other bidders), if that makes sense. Offer stands unless I receive a complaint, I guess.

I have a nice Villa right now. I liked the LShape by the hedge maze so I could farm dread spiders. Got outbid no big deal. The moonglow was just to have a house on moonglow. This one though is perfect with its distance to town etc and I've never used vesper as a home city so I thought why not. I do thank you though for your kindness.

@Vandalin I appreciate the offer but I'm afraid my schedule wouldn't allow me to commit to a payment schedule and I'd end up in foreclosure lol. That said large bricks are my favorite but my current spot won't allow one to fit. Oh well in time!
