I was looking at the Item Rares Guides and was checking the item graphs. Call me dumb but I could not understand them. Maybe some kind soul out here can enlighten me. What do the numbers on the left hand column represent? I am guessing that the "week of X" markers mean that the item spawned on X date. If I am right then what do the left hand column numbers mean? Very curious and bewildered and feeling very graphically dumb. :(

I'm assuming you're talking about one of the item graphs on the MyRenaissance page that display item count over time.

The vertical axis indicates how many of a specific item there are, while the horizontal axis indicates at which point in time.

In the below example there 8 special hair dyes that exist in the world as of 06/06/2016:

As you can see, the graph dips and grows, which indicates that people find more and use them at various points in time, this can be useful for tracking how rare an item is.
