You can't just sell a land. Land belongs to everybody! Here is someone writing better then me... - http://www.csun.edu/~vcpsy00h/seattle.htm Talking for the future? Of course!!! ..maybe setting a maximum price for every landtile. Price for a land could be relatives at the distance from the city or the bank. Just something to focus on the price raising that makes me afraid. Thanks! trash talk?
I get it. Standardized realty prices. The populace agrees that a "land tile" will have a specific value based on a/some specific parameter(s). For example. I have a small house on Dagger Island. everyone agrees that Dagger Island is to Britannia as Park Place is to Monopoly everyone agrees that because the small house is a blocker for a coveted L-shape, +420% value Stock value of the small house which occupies 7x7 or 42 premium value snow tiles is equal to: 17.92 million gold (or 1.16 pink ponies) A bargain considering you can't put a price on good land. We will agree that these prices across all Britannia will remain locked for all time. Land value will never depreciate or appreciate over time. Once you have lived in the small house on Dagger Island and realize all the smelly orcs have moved in... your land will never, ever, ever sell for what you paid for it! WINNING! WINNING! WINNING! WINNING! WINNING! WINNING! WINNING! WINNING! WINNING! WINNING!
to Crunk: probably not enough. You can call it constructive sarcasm! to Wykwrk: you have got the point and well explained it
