As of now, a small house is placed but I will provide a picture of a Large Marble Patio placed to show what else can fit. I was also able to place a Large Brick and Large House with Patio. The goal is to provide an affordable SB for new players with a plot they can eventually grow into a bigger house. So I will reiterate. Small house is placed but larger homes will fit for yourself to place at your own pace. This location is fairly secluded and North-East(ish) of Vesper. Not a far run. I encourage veteran players not to flip for bigger profit but if the location is desirable then go for it. A portion of my profits go towards donating for various events. I read what you quoted to mean that it would be useful for that purpose to new players, not that it was the only purpose for which it was to be used.
