Forum Functionality [Private Message]

I was sent a PM to which it seems I cannot reply to. I did not see a reply option listed at the end of the message and if I click the "compose message" button I get the following response:

Is this something that can be turned off for me? I promise not to spam adverts for rival shards or PM the admins the nudes their sisters sent me (well unless you really want them, sickos).

Sorry not a bug, but this seemed a better place to post than general discussion.

Its not a bug, its a feature -- make 3 more posts on the board and full function opens

I had a feeling this might be an intended feature.
