    On the 26th day of the 12th month of the year 2013, SirGawayn will sell a small house to the East of Brit moongate to snapdragon[cA] from 60,000 gold.

    SirGawayn and snapdragon[cA] both agree that by the 2nd day of the 1st month of 2014, SirGawayn must purchase the same house from snapdragon[cA] for 65,000 gold.
