Started two days ago. I'm sure this question has been asked/answered before but I couldn't find any info. I'd only want to place the smallest house possible.
As stated in the above post there are several spots, so before just running out there and placing take some time to think about what you want from your house. I mean in terms of location.Reason I say think about it is cause I hate moving. Do you want it secluded? Close to a moongate? Close to a mountain for battle mining/mining? Close to a PVP hot spot? Close to a particular town, etc. Once you have decided on a location empty your pack of valuables and head off on an adventure. If you are looking for a mountain home I know there are several locations where you can fit at least a small sandstone if you recall to Destard and run around that mountain. If you want semi secluded recall to ice dungeon and just run around the coast, you will prolly find a spot to place a villa or maybe even an L shape. If you want really secluded go to the yew moongate and run north east along the coast and you will find some descent spots for a villa or something smaller. If you want close to a moongate check out around Minoc moongate, but it will most likely be just a small house or small stone tower. For PVP there are some spots not far from Trinsic gate. The possibilities are endless.
I'm going to mirror @One 's comments. There are loads and loads of spots for a small house, stay in the young player program though and farm gold like a beast to make that gold, you can make 20-30k in about 6-10 hours picking cotton. If you want to go on a wander make another player with 50 hiding, buy a horse, get naked and throw yourself out at Brit moongate and run around with a hiding macro playing looking for spots. Since I was gifted a small tower last week I'd like to pay it forward by gifting you my old small house that I placed. It's on Moonglow island (verity isle). You'd be my neighbor tho. Idk if that's a deal breaker or not lol. I'll be on IRC tonight after 5pm EST.
Are there house placing tools or house deeds here? If deeds, are they blessed? Sorry, nevermind I just read the post And I don't want small, I want large tower or marble house with patio. I was never made to be a small house owner.
There are large marble spots around. You just need to look long enough and far enough from town. Large tower spots have gotten harder to come by. Checking the world map may help you narrow down a few possibilities. Good luck!
When I played a year ago it took me like a month (from brand new accounts) to get 5 homes including a large tower. So yea, its pretty doable
