I want this but whooooooooo....... 50 mil.....

I most likely will bottom price this at 25 mil. I started at 50 to see if any one was interested in snapped it up.


My main goal is to get a grass fort that I like. I think my deco idea will fit that template better.



I would possibly consider a grass fort valued at 15 mil (20 in prime or secluded grass area) and trade for halloween themed items (I will be kinda picky on what items) or hcoins @5k per.

I'd like to get a fort in the A^T area if at all possible.


@LanDarr is my boy and I'd like to be his neighbor. Also @Azoth has his Trammel Library there and I think my theme and his will compliment each other.

Honest question. Why is this building 50 mil S/B ? Why would that building be more than 1 mil ?

Just because it's relatively close to a moongate which the new owner will never use or am I missing something ?? You can just port around with a runebook. It's faster and safer.

I believe this tower has a lot of history and nostalgia from early osi days?

Honestly anything is worth what the market will bear. If someone will buy it at 50m, then it is worth 50m. But judging from the interest, I'd say no...

I just remember it being a rune library when I started in 2014 then that Russell guy holding on to it and refreshing it out of spite long after he left here or something. At least that's my understanding of it.

Aeric/Flash Hardstar owned it in the early days...then Les owned it...then Russell and maybe some others in there along the way.

Yea it's not worth much more than any other tower out there, at least to us who are in the "new wave" of players here.

These guys with huge value towers and marbles are trying to sell to the 11 guys that have been here from the start.
