New player chiming in. This is an amazing shard and community you got going here. Glad to have found it although a few years late. Long live UO:R
Tks Chris for this great Server! I hope i can be part of the scav hunt I have the green 1st anni boots btw ;D
Always a fun event. Thanks for all your work these past 5 years. LOL I remember when the server reached a population of 50, we were all excited. Just look how your baby has grown. Pssst Tela, how many grey hairs to got lol
Fake News! Can't get 5 pieces of jewlery in 1 bag! That said. There will be a new mechanic in place this year to discourage bag farming. A variety of checks will be made when you log in to obtain your bag to verify that you are a valid player with valid accounts. If this check is successful you will get a gift bag. If this check is not successful the reason for the failure will be logged and you will have the option of paging the staff to manually approve the gift bag. In the last month 250+ accounts have been found and removed that existed for no other purpose that obtaining these gift bags (1 of 2 times a year we give them out). The average player should not be affected by this, however if you are just open a page and be patient. Any gamemaster level staff will be able to review the reason and approve your gift bag. Note: We have always monitored this, it just took server access for log review (Which only I have). This new system will allow our senior staff the ability to review this information quickly to make a determination.

Thanks and respect to @Chris and Staff for all the hard work & time given to UOR's continued success! Its hard to believe its been 5yrs already, time goes by damn so fast. Seems even faster the older you get. It also seems to go fast when you are part of a great game, provided & played by some of the best people this game has ever seen. This is a true milestone! I look forward to the next 5 I believe its an honor & privilege to play here! Long live UOR!
