    This lovely property stands in a nice quiet neighborhood just a few steps away from Paddy's Casino, The Cove Public Rune Library and Cove Town and Bank. Its so close to the water that you can park your boat behind the house. It also comes fully furnished and decorated with addons and furnishings as shown. (See pics and map below) Low Spawn although the Cove Orc Fort is just south of the map. Plenty of spawn there.
