    please, post a picture of the house or the map location at the very least. Sounds like you're selling a little more than deed price only...

    You can demolish the house to return the deed, then you can redeem the deed for full value of the home to a real estate broker. If you're only looking to get what you paid returned. It's under the options via double clicking the house sign

    You can redeem the deed and thus the gold you paid for it. Just click on the house sign > options

    Nope. Last time I was drunk and UO'd I paged a GM because my horse was bugged and it wouldn't let me get on it.

    Turned out it wasn't my horse.
