Suggestion needed:Fencer template to kill dragon with a dagger

Hello!
i want to take on this challenge but I need some suggestion on what would be the fencer template that stands a chance to do accomplish this mission.
will i be able to do it solo?

I have a char that has gm nth but resisting spell with 50 magery to start with if resisting spell would be a must-have

please help me to figure this out

Grab a dragon instrument and keep that peace skill ready to hit again once it breaks. Don't even need parry as you can pop a heal potion or greater cure potion with that one-handed dagger asap if the dragon gets a hit on ya before you peace it again.

I think that template may do it! Disco and music in lieu of magery and hiding may be a good option too. Keep in mind the dagger is the star of the show, so no provoke or blade spirits.

I think in the spirit of the quoted challenge a more direct approach (while I do agree and love the peace dexxer recommendations).

Want to go a more hardcore skilling route? Pick up musicianship and discordance. On most, it lowers their magery skill enough they fail cure... which to me is hilarious.

An ossytank build with fencing can do it pretty easily.

Discordance is more fun. It makes a noticeable difference when tearing down everything. Would lower their chance of flamestrikes and how hard their fire breath hits for among other things. And with a poison dagger they would be spending more time attempting to cure rather than casting offensive spells. This build sounds more intriguing, would be more fun than a peace-dexxer and more bragging rights. Can't really brag about defeating a comatose dragon.

With the bragging rights I bet @Hadrian may write a limerick to comemorate the deed.

Thanks for all the recommendations! Sounds liks a discordance + poisones dagger would be the choice that fits the challenge the most, while the ossytank sounds really interesting and maybe i will bulid that on another char.

I approve of your plan! Only two places I know dragons spawn, Destard and Wind. With the build you have it is going to have to be Destard.

I remember watching someone in full plate, double axe dragon slayer and a bag full on bandies taking on a dragon in level 5 Covetous back in the day...
I bet a head to head battle could be done with a basic dexxer build!

I'd once seen a video where one brave fellow tackled an ancient shadow wyrm beast thing solo melee.

Having no fame or karma is not a feat, understandable,
but did you find a way to toggle off your mastery levels, or was this preformed within another realm, or 'test' realm?

I finally get to know who owns that crazy one and only perfect dagger!! @Dalava when are gonna do it? This slayer i m gonna use for this specific challenge, i think it hits way lower than the perfecf dagger u hv ( is an accurate dagger of dragon slayer, which i think will hit x2 of an accurate dagger), hopefully it will not break before i finally can kill a dragon.

Hadrian, it was another "realm". I'm not sure why it didn't have any fame/karma or skill level info. The character was almost never used other than for that video and for some pvp tournaments, so maybe it was close enough to 0 in fame and karma that it had no title.

(D%), you can fortify the dagger with fortification powder before heading out there to help ensure it stays at max damage for longer, and doesn't break. I'm not sure if a basic dragon slayer dagger is better than a valorite runic dagger, but for a dragon you should be able to take it down before you get too much weapon damage.

With a dragon, you don't have to deal with poison claws, but just the random poison spell. If you use White and Blue potions to raise STR (HP) and DEX, that should help. I am not sure what buff is best, I am actually thinking maybe Reactive Armor because after firebreath, your next biggest fear is a few melee hits in a row from it. Dragons in the wild are poor spellcasters so you shouldn't have to worry about level 6 or level 7 spells, thus Magic Reflect is probably not best.

I think you can also Arch-Protection for some added AR. And unlike my character in the video, who was constantly poisoned from poison claws, you might consider Parrying too. You will be chugging a yellow potion every 10 seconds and maybe an Orange from an unresisted Poison spell every 60 seconds? That's plenty of time to keep a shield equipped and benefit from it.
