yeah! That's the biggest appeal of the place IMO. I got 100k worth of spined leather while casually training my nightmare.

Also got 2 archers trained up, buy just killing rats and getting their arrows and the orcs arrows.

700K is what I paid ofr the spot when I got it.

Someone bought it about 1 month ago. I bought it from him. I sold it to Wulf. Now Wulf sold it.

If I didnt get the same spot that I let decay 2yrs ago when I stopped playing I would have stayed there.

I think people have just underestimated the amount of resources they can make from this place, get a boat load of arrows and leather and then bounce when they have a life times worth.
