Have you two tried PM'n @Chris here on the forum or Telamon on IRC? He got mine straightened out pretty quickly after a PM on the forum. Make sure to include relevant information in your PM so it's easy to verify.

You are getting a free, well-ran shard to play an awesome game on along with a persons money and time in maintaining it. You are getting quite a lot (says me, the guy who hasn't donated yet either but needs to)

Chris mentioned on IRC about a week back that he is working through a backlog of donations.

Including mine.

Just felt right to donate to the shard. I'm getting god knows how many hours of fun from this game, and it just feels right to me that I should make a token payment for all that love.

You're pushing "well-ran" there are many bugs and changes that have been pushed but seen no results such as getting guard wacked in Bucs. But an IRC bot seems to be the priority.

I'd say anyone spending any more than a few hours on what he or she didn't think was the best-run free shard would be stupider than the idiot offspring of a halfwit and a headless.

OK. I'll bite. If UOR is not well run then what other shard that is currently active and populated IS well run in your opinion?

Not saying UOR is terrible, I'm saying it would be nice to see the GM take community input and prioritize.

So let me see if I understand your perspective correctly. You do not want to donate. You do not want to show appreciation to the shard owner for the work that he's already done, but you expect additional work to be done to better YOUR play experience?

Everyone is giving this guy way too much attention. Stop feeding him. His little troll boner grows with every post.

Let him be negative... Chris has a bunch of greatful people who support him and those people understand that this is a passion project for Chris, not his life's main focus.

Chris puts in mad work and in return gets trolled, deals with guys virtually assaulting girls on IRC. Grown men cheating and trying to break the system, making multiple accounts and giving Chris extra work. Then the same losers that are so addicted get frustrated Chris doesn't release patches and new content quick enough.

I wish more people would donate but let this thread die. Stop feeding this troll boner.
