This is most commonly caused by a flash cache issue and is easily fixed by switching browsers or clearly all cached application data. Try cleaning these items and see if it helps. If you continue to have problems feel free to post here.

Bump for clarification; I have a POS Windows 10 and the issue revolves around the computer system's ability to use adobe flash player, I did not forget my password.
