Item id

so I'm just curious. To gm this skill I just use it on a magical item? Does it have to be unidentified? Or can I use skill on the same item over and over to gm?

Same item works. As far as I understand, it doesn’t even need to be a magical item. You should be able to GM Item ID if you macro it on your newbie dagger.

Item ID house signs once you reach 80 skill, it'll raise much faster. You might b be able to do it even before 80...

This skill is very useful and convenient, who, however, he is very easy to learn! I actively use it on the hunt! If you become a grandmaster in the identification skills, then you can apply immediately to the chests or corpses of the monsters you killed and all the magical things inside will be identified! Negative ghost rider, item id on house signs has never triggered a gump.

Check out the list. Only clicking on the sign while dead (clear tell-tale of using a third party program) will prompt a gump.
