Not to derail the thread, but that spot has been open for about 2 months, really you just need to look for them. Also depending on the location of the cove house you're donating i might be interested in buying and will gladly throw in an SST in a very solid spot to a newbie in its place. It's a great place and worth the price for sure, and ifiyou hold onto it when Halloween gets close you'll likely double your money
