Selling Tower North of Cove + Shed (SOLD)

    Like title says and the pictures describe, it's north of Cove and West of Covetous.
    • Great Spot with no spawn
    • Close enough to Cove to run if needed
    • Just west of Covetous
    • Guard Tower close enough to teleport on top of and can also drag them inside of your tower as well.
    • Neighbors are chill
    • Comes with a Small House to be used for whatever reason you want at deed cost otherwise I can demolish at time of trade. Sold separate or can be demolished during trade.
    • I have also fit a 2 Story Villa and Log Cabin side by side as well

    Actually, f it. BO. I've been busting ass to earn enough cash for a Tower. Not going to let someone vulture this one. I am going to sleep right now. Will be on in the morning tomorrow.     Yea i just could not get into a good deco mindset with a tower. Got the oppurtunity to buy a buddies villa from him that i really wanted. Sorry didnt even think of ya for this tower, had it in my head you would have wanted one closer to the casino.

    Thanks again @Duke Cannon. It was my goal to replace the tower I lost ASAP. I may have killed the zookeeper pet market in the process. I can start enjoying and building from here though.
