Hey guys - still pretty new back here, but have my Provo mage at 5x GM and been making a pretty penny. Looking for Large towers as a starter home, is there room to place these? If not, whats the going price for one that isnt around a ton of spawn? Thanks in advance.

    Howdy @Dragkarh !

Congrats on your new found wealth and success from the bardic arts.

I would say your chances of placing a L tower is about 1/30.

It would please me immensely to be proven wrong, but I'm pretty confident that the majority of spots this size would have been taken, you can get lucky though. It wasn't that long ago that someone found a keep spot recently. So go out on the hunt for a spot but don't have your hopes too high.

Also it's worth remembering that if a L Patio or large marble fits you also have a chance at placing a L tower if there is also space for the wings, they can't hang over anything like walls, mountains or another house. L Patios And L marbles have the same footprint as a L tower.

A completely spawn free L tower spot might go for around 1-1.5 mil depending on the location. A minimal spawn spot might go for anywhere between 600k to 1 mil, again, dependent on the location.

My advice would be to keep on trucking, make a little more coin and splash on a super nice spot, keep an eye on the trade section of the forums as premium houses will go fast.

Hope this helps! Any more questions - ask away!

    Thanks for the info man.

Your probably right- I dont have the time or desire to scout endlessly for a LT spot with it being that low chance. But I take it finding a spot for a small tower would be reasonable?

Finding a small stone tower spot is super easy, unless you're looking to place in Occlo, then it's impossible.

There are hundreds and hundreds of spots you could place a small stone tower, sandstone or log cabin. Probably around about a hundred you could place a villa and around 30 spots or so you could probably space an L shape.

I've been running all over the map looking for Leprechauns the last few days so I'm pretty confident that statement is accurate.

    Good luck!

Just FYI, the tower does have a larger footprint than a Marble or Patio. I think it is deeper. Check the housing section to be sure. Again as sheep said, the wings still have funky server issues with clearance over objects. Just saying :)

I did the same when I came here went and bought a large tower. But your better off scooping something smaller or a large brick imo.

Easy to secure, decent lockdowns and a lot cheaper. Some char templates are costly to raise. Just a suggestion I was so adamant on getting the large tower when I came here it was a pointless grind. It had way more room then I actually needed. I could live out of a large tower now and it would still be a lot lol. I have a keep and if it wasn’t for the CY I’d live in a large brick lol.
