Bidding etiquette question: is it bad practice for me to change the timer to a 24 hour duration effective the time of this post? I feel as if it has gotten plenty of exposure, I don't want to drag my customer(s) on a week long journey.
well. I would say thats okay. I lately closed an auction directly after S/B and waiting until a late hour. That was because I was not sure if I could meet the buyer the next days - but just now I had time, so IRCed my current bidder to pick it up just now. I would so say: if you are pleased with a bid as the seller you have the right to just close the auction anytime selling to the current high bidder. Especially if you gave people at least some hours to check. If someone rly wants it, in my opinion that one should just bid directly instead... 23h after last bid and so moving the auction 24h on and on. 12h timer is absolutely fine
You might want to tag your previous bidders, anyone that hasn't bid yet likely won't be bidding, but people that are involved might like a heads up.
new highest bidder: @Vella at 6.5mil. As of right now, auction closes in 24 hours. See initial post for modifications to bid. @Vella & @Crunk Juice
considering merlin pulled out and was the only one competing against vella you should reduce the bid to vellas bids BEFORE merlin started bidding.. which is 5.5m
