With a pixely tear in my eye, I'm putting up these 3 houses for sale. Not only were they my first homes on this shard where I raised my characters from Young to Grandmasters but they're in one of the best locations in Britannia. However, I've moved up in the UOR world and with that, must leave these wonderful homes behind to the next person. So, without further ado, I present you with the Brit Gate Housing Complex. What makes these houses so special? 10 second run to the Britain Gate for easy access to Ocllo bank and vendors and/or recovering from a death 5 second run to the Britain Dual Zone/Pit Housing complex is directly behind a Guard Zone, only 2-3 tiles away to the North 15 second run to mountains for mining Short run to Britannia, but shorter to hit gate and go to Ocllo Very quiet, little human traffic Near the well known Brit Gate Tower No monster spawns to annoy you Trees are all lined in rows, easy lumber farming Stables are nearby What makes them not so special? No indoor plumbing Slight mouse problem in the stone tower, foundation needs some sealing, keep food in metal chests NOTES: If you don't want a log cabin and stone tower, a 2-story villa will fit but honestly, you get more storage and lockdowns with this configuration. I tried placing a SST where the marble is but without moving the log cabin, I couldn't get it to go. Feel free to play around on the test server. I am selling them as a set, all 3 houses together. I'm not interested in breaking them up. SB: 500k BI: 25k BO: None 48/24 Standard Auction I prefer only gold, I'm not in the "I need plat to buy cool rewards for my house" phase of my UOR life yet. However, I will make exceptions, just let me know. The doors are open, go look around. Hit me up on IRC as Quick if you have questions. The 3 houses were sold via a private message on IRC. Thanks!
Yea not sure why the tower owner to the left of the pic hasn't picked this up. Seemed pretty active when we were using these houses. You sure the biggest you could do there is a villa? that looks like a lotta green grass ...
Behind the log is a tree that gets in the way. Because of the tower to the NW and that weird patch of grass, I couldn't get anything bigger to fit.
