Yes, that is correct. An early fishing tournament proved the rule necessary. It was implemented so 1 angler doesn't win all the prizes.

I think I caused that rule.

No luck putting my name on a fish, but I did get this pretty colored fishing net (883). Maybe using it will increase my luck? My new dagger isn't really helping me much.

I knew that pretty fishing net was lucky! I have successfully carved my name into one of these big fish! Pappy always said that I just need to keep trying. What he never told me was to carry a lucky pretty-colored fishing net.
