Perhaps this is a silly question - but other than the colour, what's the difference between a runic weapon and a magic weapon that are both otherwise labeled the same (i.e. +15, power)?
sb I @Plentimon you get the +4(i think 4 is right) damage from the exceptional part... so power +4,,, but if its not exceptional there is no difference except the color
