Hi, I was browsing the bestiary today and came across a new category of extinct animals - http://www.uorenaissance.com/list/Extinct/S1 Does anyone have an idea what that means? I figured they can't be completely extinct, or why put them in the bestiary I would love to know if they spawn in some areas/events. Also, any ideas how to get to 106 taming for the fire steed? I can't stop thinking about it...
Might be non era mounts? I very recently read an article here in the forums (maybe the FAQ? I forget) that made reference to the fact that UOR did not include giant beetles, swamp dragon, etc. Although giant beetle isn't on that list.... My best guess anyway.
The thing is that I am 99% sure it is a newish entry to the bestiary. I was searching for dragon and the swamp dragon mount popped up. I have done that search before, and only ever gotten normal dragon and dragon boss. If it was something not allowed on UOR it would not make sense to include it in the bestiary now. Oh, and have you seen that sadistic minimum taming? 103,1 !!??
Idk about the swamp Dragon but I know I've seen the different horse entries before while browsing the bestiary.
Where have you seen them Zyler? And please don't tell me they only appear in a mirage after 20 hours of non stop fishing
Mirage at the Oasis nightmare spawn after checking it for months and never seeing a mare... lol. I am thinking these must have been some time after power scrolls (ugh.... don't even like saying it), hence the 100+ taming requirement.
