Hail Lady Nymeria, Mag beach isn't currently for sale, but if it ever goes up, it'll be posted here. If something were to happen to me where I had to leave UOR (move to a country without internet, zombie apocalypse, lose both hands in a horrific chainsaw accident) then they are willed to @snap dragon and @Hoominaga who you could then contact for possible purchase. (All jokes aside, everyone has some "who my stuff goes to if I didn't play UO any longer friends", and those two are mine.)
