Hello all! Hope you having a good weekend! I'm thinking of maybe start up a small vendor shop, time is limited but I want to give it a try! I'm reaching out to you all for advice on pricing items. My shop will mostly be selling resources and crafted items. What I need is avarage prices on (And what sells the most): All items will be GM made Leather armor full set Spinned armor full set Horned armor full set Barbed armor full set Leather Bone armor full set Spinned Bone armor full set Horned Bone armor full set Barbed Bone armor full set Metall armor sets? (plate, ringmail, chaimmail)? Any market in these? Iron Katanas Iron Kryss DP Iron Katanas DP Iron Kryss Other weapons that sell? Shields? Is there any market for these? Small Boat Medium Boat Large Boat Anything else that would be good for selling that I've missed? If I find working with a shop fun and lucrative then I might add inscription stuff and carpentry stuff as well. So I'll chime in here with pricing on things I used to, or still sell at my shop: Spined armor full set 875 Almost no market, used really by BOD'ers only. Sold maybe 1-2 a week. Horned armor full set 900 Really no market. Only sold maybe 1 or 2 a month Barbed armor full set 1250 There is a big market for barbed, but it is really competitive. At ~1200, it is almost not profitable if you are buying the leather from other players. So this is a market to get into if you are already hunting dragons. I'm not in the leather armor market anymore. Small Boat 12000 Medium Boat 14000 These rarely sell. So I took them off and just make them when paged. But no one has ever asked me to make them one. Large Boat 16000
Thanks @RIN for your fine reply! I have been to your shop many times and bought lots of furniture in the past, really good shop. Now when you are stocking again I will be visiting and buy more stuff I know and understand that it's pretty timeconsuming to drive a shop like you have and I won't be anywhere near it. Since my time is limited I don't have the time to stock lots of thing at all time, maybe if I start up a vendor or two in the future I just limit me self to a few things that I will have time to gather/craft and also are in demand by other players.
