Honestly, I am not willing to help out after reading the thread. Someone already offered to provide the necessary info for a fee and that offer was not accepted or even discussed.
Information are a commodity and have value. Need to treat that with respect.

I'm confused when someone offered to provide information. If they had, I would have gladly discussed it with them. If there is good information and they put me in contact with the person who owns the house, I will gladly provide a finder's fee. But just stating a name which leads to nothing isn't something I would want to pay for. If they name somebody and get me in contact with them, and they can prove to me the house is theirs, I will provide a finder's fee. It seemed to me that @Mr. Green was just telling me to list a fee, but if he had information and puts me in contact with the owner I would gladly pay the fee to him or anybody else.

Yeah, I don't really get it. I'm just attempting to find my "forever home" and most people have been extremely helpful, but a few have to take it in different directions.

I appreciate all who have attempted to help me, including @Mr. Green, if that is what he was doing. I apologize if I may have been tired and didn't construe what I actually meant. I meant as I said to @BlackEye, that if the help pans out and it puts me in contact with the real owners then I will pay a finder's fee. But if somebody just comes along and says "maybe it's George", that won't garner a payment.

If anybody does have some actual information and can put me in contact with the owner, I WILL pay a finder's fee if they turn out to be the real owner.

I truly don't get why people have to be hostile over this type of thing either though, I'm just hoping to up my situation and find myself a better home. North Minoc is my home, I love mining and this small corner of our world is where I choose to make it. If you can help me in that quest, thank you for your help!

All once owned that famous SST inside the valley. You may want to check with them if they also spread their estate to the immediate area as well.

Back when I used to IDOC I was made aware of a guy who was refreshing properties in that valley out of spite to the server & Blaise. Lots of properties there went IDOC and were refreshed in the 11th hour. I can't remember if any of them ever fell, or maybe they've fallen in the years I've stopped doing IDOCs. In any case, you could be fighting a battle against someone who doesn't play here but refreshes out of spite, thus you'll never get those houses.

These could also be blockers held by people who do not want to see more people or larger houses in the area. IMO if you haven't heard anything from anyone regarding these two bullshit houses by now, then you probably won't ever hear anything.

I sold the valley SST to Holden I believe. I don't own any properties in the area. Sorry I'm no help here.

Still looking, and some dude named Balir is a book thief. Books were there before he showed up, gone after. For shame sir, for shame!

So I replace them and once again Balir shows up and takes them again. Not cool man, not cool.

And once again. Such a shame that a person has to be so immature.

I'm pretty sure he isn't @NCCML , he just keeps running up and taking the books. Twice right after I put them down, then runs off to the SW. The houses remain non-refreshed, so doubt it's him. And if he is...he definitely lost all chance of ever placing the keep there. I moved my keep blocker even closer.

How I would react: 1) Track Balir and find out where he is living. 2) Try to lure him out with book baits and 3) loot his house 4) or kill him with a trap at least if his home is secure.

Sadly, I cant help out with the mystery of the house.
