    This complex is located just S of Deceit Entrance. CY is secure as far as I know, however, I cannot say for 100% certain.

    Well, I don’t entirely blame @Glenco. It is a no-win situation when you are dealing with a buyer that wishes to remain anonymous.

    What I have done in the past is post a picture of the PM through which I received the offer and black out the name and any other information that might reveal the identity of the buyer, and be clear on my thread about the offer received.

    In this particular sale, and with the amount of sales I’ve done in the past, I am willing to give @Glenco the benefit of the doubt and believe he received a private offer which he decided to accept.
