Just let this auction play out with people who want it. If you want this property to give away, bid on it with your own money, without soliciting funds from other people. While the good intentions may be there, it's very shady when people start doing "collective bids".
Thanks for your input. Pretty sure I've not once fallen through on anything on the forums or in game including raising millions to help players in my 4 years here and despite being an perfectly capable of purchasing the property myself. I'm just offering my hand in throwing funds together to donate this home to a service that helps the betterment of the shard especially with so many vet's having left in the past year.
