Ok, I've demolished the L shape and placed a brick house there. Incidentally, I found another spot for the L shape (just north of Minax base), further demonstrating that there are decent/semi decent spots available for villas, L shapes, brick/patio houses.

@r3ckon3r , I think I know where you mean as have tried there before. Do you know if an L definitely fits? I've only ever placed a few houses before so it could definitely be me sucking at house placement....
Yes mate, it's close to th edge of the rocks, north westish of the minax base if that makes sense. I believe there's a space just above for a villa maybe.

Yeah I'm good for now. I have several great locations for SSTs and I have my large brick and found a pretty cool spot for another last night. The spots are out there and I cant afford nor am I paying somebody several hundred grand more for a spot just because they found it. I placed a small house in the spot you were talking about and just decided I didnt want it. I wish I would have saved it for ya. If I see another spot out there tonight Ill try and save it and PM you.
