Some people contact me regarding mini g houses for my advice, so I'm going to give my own sponsorship to this house. So this patio might appear to be on the pricey side of things, however if you take I to consideration it's general location (North minoc) and it's actual location (next to the mountain) along with the fact that you can mine from inside hitting a few nodes ( looks like 3+ ) without ladders and platforms (possibly add another 2-3 with ladders) The house type is perfect for a 'open door trap' with the rooms already separating the kill zone with storage. And if you want to lure one of the 3 active cave golems back to the house it's easy, this is close to them all. That's enough from me. It is an exceelnt location. I have a villa just south of this spot. If I had liquid assets, I would likely bid on it. Patio's are not my favorite style, but a great location.
other than a large marble patio this is the biggest that would fit , and like Nusir said it is would be great for a open door trap which is what i will do with it if it doesnt sell
changing this to a 24 hour after last bid type of auction , noone wants to wait 3 days to see if anyone else will bid
