Any idea why I can't recall to my boat?

Sounds like either you or the boat might be in T2A?

It was anchored(and locked) in Occlo lake.

that error typically means t2a, or are you in t2a

did you confuse your boat key with your house key?

So is it possible to steal a locked boat without the key? That's the only way it could have moved.

Not owning a house makes such a confusion difficult

whatever you do, dont take another boat to ocllo lake, it might just disappear

i have had trouble docking boats from that lake due to it being over the dungeon.

if you need another boat, let me know, i can help you out

you cant recall in that area. you have to take a 2nd boat and sail to it. i remember this happening to me.
