Tired of the same old "all kill" playstyle? Then I invite you to try the newest, hottest dexer build on the shard. Ladies and gentlemen, I present... The PeaceMage The build **Weaponskill can be switched based on whatever your best slayers are or whatever kind of badass you wish to be** The video The strategy Recall from spawn to spawn killing endlessly until you are encumbered with gold. Always keep magic reflect up and recall to your next farming spot based on whether or not your magic reflect is on cooldown. Keep multiple mobs peaced, peace loop on your current target, loot -> scoot -> be a fucking boss. The macros/hotkeys Set last target, last target, peacemaking, peacemaking last target loop, restock macro to loot, GTFO recall **You can add more macros to automate even further, such as recalling from spot to spot out of your runebook. The more time you save, the faster you make gold** The locations Dread Spiders, Yew Liches, Lich Lords **This is just my preference, you can tailor your own spots based upon which slayers you have**
People sometimes doesn't understand how good is peacemaking.... is easy and fast to neutralize the mob... just one click.. i use a lot in combination with target closes grey/red and with target self... Your idea of recall dungeoning is interesting... you are always recalling, but the chance of get interrupted by someone is pretty much lower. With a combination of 60 magery/ 40 medit you could the work too.. but not with so much efficiency... if the intention is just recall.. By the way, congrats for the build and the way you run it... there are lots of single mob spots that people usually avoid that your approach make total sense.
Intention is to be able to kill dreads and lich lords without dying to their spells if peace wears off. All it takes is one DP + Flamestrike from a dread to mess your whole day up. Or, if you're fighting multiple liches/lich lords, things can get hairy. GM meditation is required so that you never run out of mana and can keep recalling, keep reflect up, and heal/cure when necessary
Looks good. I use to have something similar but I was lazy and didn't spawn hop. Summoned daemons to tank and little extra dps. But I like this. Get a good routine, good macros, and timing down and can make some decent money.
I never really play more than an hour at a time outside of elves/turkeys... but I believe this build with this strategy is about 60-80k per hour, which is similar to dual boxing tamers at bloods or lich lords. Farming ancient wyrms / shadow wyrms is still more profitable, but damn is it boring
Great build! @Lord Sky I saw in the video that your mana never drops below 30. You could benefit from a stat alteration to 95/90/40. Additionally your GM magery allows you to buff up to +11 all stats with bless, a good tactic if you get a boss or farm something a little more difficult like lich lords. This build would also be ideal for farming up pec meat quickly. Could recall between the 3 troll boss spawns + harpies, loads of possibilities.
I was somewhat lucky in the video, as the dread spiders will often poison you even when they’re peaced as they get a first attack - usually takes 2-3 casted cures and 1-2 cure pots to cure it, followed by a gheal. With some speed and luck with spawn times, my mana frequently drops to below 10. There is also another tactic with this build and another farming route that involves using summoned daemons, leaving them in an area and recalling back to it to loot and resummon when you notice your pet slots are back down to 1/8. I have a second one of these builds with identical stats and a different weaponskill, I’ll give your suggestion a try and see how I like it - thanks @Keza! I never thought of the pec meat recall hunting... maybe this weekend
I had recently just did something very similar to my character but was a Provo/dexer, I haven't had a chance to put it to use yet but was going to implement the same technique, hit multiple spawns in quick succession. After seeing this I can't wait to test it out! Damage of a Slayer Utility of a Mage Spawn control of a Bard
