Price check for someone bored and smart

I was away for quite awhile and I’m trying to get a decent sized house. I have a few items that I know are worth a few bucks but I have no idea what they’d go for these days. If there’s someone really knowledgeable who’s a little bored I’d really appreciate a few price checks. Thanks!

2 blessed RBs with 10 charges each
104 plat (6k each right?)

My best estimates:

Exceptional Valorite Double Axe - 700k to 1M
Exceptional Valorite Katana - 700k to 1M
Light blue “An elvish tome” - 3 to 4M
Ethy horse - 500 plat value if you are a little patient
2 blessed RBs with 10 charges each - 250 plat value ea. if you are a little patient (assuming unmarked, dyed is bonus)
104 plat (6k each right?) - It has been creeping upwards probably 6.25-6.5K/ea I'd guess. You'll see some posts asking 8K but to my knowledge they haven't sold any.

I will see which elvish tome is out there right now. I'm not sure what I want to sell here guys. The answer is pretty much as little as I can but still have enough for a decent sized house.

Speaking of which if someone has too many houses and wants to deal in real estate for any of this I'm looking for a large keep at least.

I'll have to wait until I get home to check the hue but it looks the same :/ Just out of curiosity why isn't it selling? Too high a price you think?

Honestly I believe its just the color.. I dont blame the seller on the price but that light blue color turns people away.. we have one floating around here on the forums for months now.. seems it gets sold n the buyer then resells it within weeks to no avail , no disrespect too anyone just my personal opinion n not to be taken to serious.

I think all Elvish Tomes runebooks are 6 charges. Is it blessed? That would increase the price for sure.

They are not blessed by default

But if it has been blessed that will increase the value.

this issue with the book is that its petty much an unmatchable hue, masks/sandals and lanterns of that hue are very hard to come by

At the same time, that's what makes those outfits so desirable. Some of the best looks are outfits that arent easily recreated.

true, I guess it depends from where someone track the line from something being “hard to come by” to something being “almost impossible to put together”.
For me personally if a project takes years to completion its not fun anymore.

There is also something to be said that unlike real estate which is limited by tile space, trammel outfits on this server spawn to oblivion, it happened with the lep sandals, the lucky charms, the white masks and last but not least the books.
On one hand they feel a lot less special than before, on the other hand a buyer is pretty much guaranteed to buy a depreciating asset.

Yep, anything that continues to drop will depreciate, unless it's highly coveted to many people, in which case the demand for the item keeps the price high regardless of the number that exist. Mask of the wilds is a good example of that.

Dear god plat has gone down used to be 9k even 10k per back 2 years ago when i played , miss the game but staying clearn
