Got you down for both days. There is no taming requirement, you could use an extra slot to bond a horse and a pack horse if you wanted to (though that would be a bit of a waste).
Im not a new player, but I am making my first ever Tamer. does that count? I still have to figure out how the bonding slots and tamer quests things work
If you can afford it I'd rather save the last slot for an actual new player if you don't mind. If it goes unclaimed I'll message you closer to the time.
