Seeking for you in the under. Looking for you in T2A. Always lurking around for victims! You can run away... or draw your sword and FIGHT! How it work: Every Friday as part of an All Day event campaign myself and other PK’s who will be participating (listed below) will be carrying a minimum of 1 plat each and a few thousand worth of gold and possibly some holiday coins, pec meat and other valuables to incentivize you to do one thing—FIGHT BACK. You know what the best part of this is? The best part of this is if you are BLUE—you don’t get looted at all if you go down. You get a rez, pat on the back and possibly a few pointers if you want. But if we go down all our goods are yours. What would you do if you came across a monster with plat, pec and fat lootz? You’d try to take that thing on yourself or call in a buddy if you need to and take that sucker down. Although—be warned-- If you show up with 3 or more then I may just call for backup and we have a group fight! However, my buddies will also have some sweet loot as well if they go down as well! So stick around and put up a fight! FAQs Who will you be attacking? - Everyone Will you be invading other events? - No. Not unless it’s planned and coordinated with those running the events. Can I use my tamer? - Absolutely! This is UO. Use everything at your disposal. I have a Red PK toon I’d like to participate with. What do I need to do? - I want this to be as open as possible. Any PK can participate just send me a message so I can put you in the list below. As long as you are of sound reputation and known in the community you can participate. You must supply your own plat and loot and your toon must be in a guild and you must agree to the core rules of engagement like not looting blues, griefing etc. What if I am farming with a group? - Attack together to further your chances at success but if you have 3 or more, don’t be surprised if I come with back up. How will we know when you are out there? - We are always out there… but I’ll also try to announcement system via discord to let people know now is a time one of us is on the hunt and what type of loot could be expected How will we know it’s you or actually another event safe red to fight back against? - The RED characters listed below all have guild titles alongside their name so you should see the guild tag displayed if you meet them in Sosaria. If you do not see a guild tag assume this is not the same red taking part in this event. ( please inform me if this happens ) Will there be statues? - I’m hoping to get the yes from the Big guy on that. Can Thieves be involved? - Yes! This is UO—if you steal my bag while I’m alive and survive—its all yours. I will be rewarding most successful steals as well for the event. What qualifies is loot stolen from an alive persons bag and not just from loot on the ground What if I kill a murderer with another random blue and then we both get in a fight for the loot? - This would be most glorious. To the victor go the spoils! Fight on! What if I am a PK myself but I want to try to kill the event PKs for loot? - Bring it on. Blues are exempt from being looted by event reds. Reds on the other hand who are not listed here will be dry looted on principle. How long will this be going on? - As it is now until the end of December. If things are generally going well we will extend it out for a few months. It is something I could see going on indefinitely or until we run out of money. You recalled away? Campaign is still on and going strong! Remember if you are a blue you will not be looted!!! The first friday i had a bit of a busy work day so i wasn't able to play as much. Also-- i realize now the checks are blessed and do not even drop on reds. So either offer a rez ( or stay put ) and it will be handed over
I thought so too but that is actually not the case. It will remain with the person holding it. It can be stolen ( or the bag ) but it doesn't drop on death even for a red.
Oh I can’t wait, I just built me a solid template that hasn’t gone red yet... I guess I’ll just start hunting elves with that character
