I am putting up for sale my large keep in the North Minoc area of the High Steppes on the UOAM map, otherwise known as the Beverly Hills of UO. So much green grass, you can let your sheep farm graze to their heart's content! I have recently acquired another keep which suits me better, and I do not need two keeps so I am letting this one go as long as my SB is met. If not, I may just hang onto it. There was a large keep in this location before, but I believe the current location is 1 or 2 tiles south of the previous spot so the recall location seems pretty safe. I have never seen a grey or red pop up in the courtyard so it has been safe for me to use this entire time.
