The tower: located on the north end of the island, it has a small dock (player built) off the shoreline. Low spawn and possibly room for an ancillary building (with a little movement).

The locals: There are two pirate camps in the middle of the island, boatswans, sailors and quartermasters can be found here for any of your labor needs.


Public moorage: Low rates for the public moorage at the south eastern side of the island. Again, many locals are available to help.


Water front dining / drinks: few locations offer such an amiable climate while making good on stiff cocktails and craft brews.
