    Agent Rowe,

    He was a bit of a wild card, but was excited nonetheless to start his third successful job for the Bureau. We thought he would be a rising star.

    It's no secret, that Agent Rowe acted aggressively towards a legal mining operation when he should have not. Does this make him a bad person?

    No... Just too rambunctious.

    Regardless, of his ill-actions. He shall be buried with his armament and treasure.
