Are these better than normal?

    Just curious if this is better than a regular slayer instrument?

    These are indeed a things. I have looted 2 of them from the lvl7 Tmap chests as well. The lvl7 Tmap chests have a 100% chance of a slayer spawning. If that chance lands on a instrument within the chest it is both slayer and exceptional!

    Based on the descriptions on the official website, this is a super slayer for some types of monsters. Therefore a super slayer should be more effective than a simple slayer ... @Blendax

    I got about 50 silver instruments I can't price low enough.

    I think the point is, the instrument is exceptional and that gives a bonus (the difference between NPC bought and GM crafted)
    so these are like a super dooper slayer!
