Turnkey? What does that mean? All 6 will come setup with functioning ladders/traps and access to all "inside" nodes installed already. They will include runes to lay out a proper mining circuit. I will provide the relevant macros to make this all work as well as some on-the-job training. What kind of mining character do you need to be able to mine these houses? A mage miner of course, the most flexible type of house miner! You will not need to double-box to operate these houses and you will not need a high end slayer weapon to operate these houses either! If you get PKed while mining these houses you will lose at most 10k worth of items. You need the following: GM Mining GM Magery GM Meditation GM Wrestling (not 100% required to start but it is a big benefit long term) GM Hiding (preferred but not 100% required) I would also suggest GM item ID as you generate a lot of magic items doing this. You will also need access to a scribe to make you earthquake scrolls. But i can supply you with as many as you need too. I will supply up to 50 gargoyle pickaxes at 1k each to the buyer. Deed cost + add ons for these houses is ~70k each, so approximately 420,000gp for the 6 houses. Correct me if I'm wrong. Inside nodes are usually refered to as nodes 'underneath' the house, where as outside nodes are obviously outside the plot but in range from within the house (all be it with a runner). Your mentioned (iron) nodes seem to be outside and non-reachable from the house, correct? If thats the case, could you please give me an overview of the amount and type of nodes inside and outside the house, reachable from within the house plot? I might want to hook up a buddy whos wants to get back into UO.
As far as listing goes, if you can reach the nodes from the roof ( ie, inside) they are listed as roof nodes. Nodes out front = nodes out front. If you are house mining for profit and not mining the nodes in front of a marble workshop, you are doing it wrong
